Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Reports to: Operations Director & Accounts manager

Managers: Up to 180+ Employees at any given time

Location: SW19 3TZ Lombard Road, Wimbledon

Salary: Negotiable with a comprehensive bonus scheme

Job Description:

As Recruitment Manager, this role will give you the opportunity to implement strategy and really ensure that the team are working as commercially as possible. You will be developing, implementing and improving the recruitment process to accommodate large growth that the business forecasts for the next year.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the directors to understand hiring needs/requirements
  • Implement a new strategy to ensure commerciality of the team
  • Conducting inductions for new starters
  • Feeding back to directors on recruitment activity and planned growth strategies
  • Management of recruitment team
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and job board searches)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in the construction industry
  • Fluent in either, Albanian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Polish, Bulgarian or Greek
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry at management level
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication
