Solace Women’s Aid is delighted to be working in partnership with The Shpresa Programme to support and raise awareness of violence against women and girls in the Albanian-speaking community.
We are currently recruiting to the following positions: Albanian-speaking Project Worker (Female)
You will join our highly motivated and committed team providing support to survivors of domestic and sexual violence including the provision of crisis intervention work and addressing complex needs.
You should have experience of working with women and girls who have been affected by domestic and/or sexual violence and have an in depth understanding of their needs and experience of completing good quality risk assessments and safety plans.
Salary: Starting salary of £22,000-24000 (depending on relevant qualifications and experience) Pro Rata
Contract: Fixed Term for 19 months (ending July 2018)
Hours: 30 hours (4 days) per week
