On Saturday afternoon, a Rangers Development XI took on Huddersfield Town in a friendly at Canalside in Yorkshire.
It was a largely inexperienced side that travelled for the fixture, with Eros Grezda and Jamie Barjonas the only players involved with more than a solitary first-team appearance.
That was reflected in the scoreline, too, as a strong Huddersfield outfit ran away with it in the second half, securing a 5-1 victory.
A disappointing scoreline, then, but there was one highlight from a Gers perspective.
Eros Grezda got himself on the scoresheet.
The 24-year-old has endured a horror spell with Rangers, making just a handful of starts during his first season, before being banished from the first-team setup prior to the beginning of the current campaign.
