Europe has a large variety of scenery, habitats and fauna, and most countries have set aside areas of natural beauty in order to preserve landscape and wildlife: Iceland, Finland, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia,Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece, Latvia, Spain, Poland…and Albania.
The country’s most well-known national park, Butrint, was included in UNESCO’s list of world heritage sites in 1992. Recently, british newspaper The Guardian in one of its articles named Butrint one of the top 10 must see national parks in Europe.
Dajit, Lura and Thethi, are three separate parks; Dunes & coastal woodland in Divjaka.
