ProCredit Bank Kosovo is currently looking to recruit a full-time: Company Secretary, Head Office.

A company secretary is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the Bank in relation to financial and legal practices, as well as issues of corporate governance.  The company secretary acts as a point of communication between the management, the board of directors and the company shareholders, reporting in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Organizing, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs);

  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries;

  • Updating business information and undertaking all necessary actions  at the Business Registration Office;

  • Ensuring the compliance of the Bank with the Rules and Regulations of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo and other Institutions;

  • Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders;

  • Contributing to meeting discussions, as and when required, and advising of implications of potential proposed policies;

  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action;

  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;

  • Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, as well as its legal and statutory requirements;

  • A University Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related areas;

  • Excellent command of English language;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Excellent ability to work in a team;

  • Good analytical and organizational skills;

  • Computer literacy;

  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information;
