Zebrano In The City covers 6,000 square feet over two floors and has a fine dining restaurant, a bar and a late-night lounge, with interiors by renowned architect Perparim Rama. Chris MacCormick, executive chef, has devised a menu combining European and Asian flavours, with dishes including salt-baked celeriac with Dorstone goat’s cheese, cob nuts and caramelised pear.Other new venues include Kelly Brook and Nick House’s Steam and Rye in nearby Leadenhall Street, while chef Abdul Yaseen has just launched his Indian restaurant Darbaar near Liverpool Street station.
